Once you have decided that I will be your realtor the first thing that we will do is sit down and talk about what you are looking for in a house and what your budget will be. I will assume that you don't have unlimited funds to buy a house so there will probably have to be some compromise here. This is especially true when it comes to the debate between a great house or a great area, in most cases both will be out of your price range. We can talk about this and decide what is best for you.

Once we know what you are looking for it is time to go out and find you a house. This is where my experience in the market really shows. I can usually tell pretty quickly if a listing is going to be a good choice or not. This is because I know the neighborhoods; I know which are desirable and which are not. This will help to make sure that you don't waste time looking at houses that don't meet your needs.

Once you have found a house that you like it will be time to make an offer and hopefully to close the sale. This is where you will really appreciate my experience as I can make it is straightforward as possible. There are a lot details that you are going to have to consider and decisions that you will have to make. Fortunately with my experience I usually know which is the best option. This extends beyond the actual deal to buy the house. I can also help you to make sure that you get best terms on your mortgage so that you are not paying more than you have to.
